Indemnification

Vehicle reservation

Customers may reserve a vehicle for £200 when purchasing from a distance. This reservation fee is fully refundable if, upon viewing the vehicle in person, the customer decides not to proceed with the purchase for any reason. The reservation fee does not secure the vehicle indefinitely and must be followed by a deposit if the customer wishes to proceed with the purchase.

Deposits

Once a customer has viewed a vehicle in person and wishes to proceed, a £500 deposit is required to secure the vehicle. Once this deposit has been paid, the vehicle will be removed from the market. The £500 deposit is non-refundable if the customer has viewed the car and agreed to the sale.

Payment terms

1) The full balance of the agreed purchase price must be paid and cleared before:

The logbook (V5C) is transferred, and
The customer collects the vehicle.

2) Payment methods accepted will be confirmed at the point of sale.

Vehicle collection

Once the vehicle has been declared as ready for collection, the customer must collect it within 7 calendar days. If the vehicle is not collected within this timeframe, storage fees may be applied at our discretion.

Warranty & faults

1) We do not offer refunds on vehicles except in the circumstances outlined in Clause 3.

2) If a vehicle develops a fault within 28 days of purchase, we will in the first instance seek to repair the vehicle.

3) If we are unable to repair the vehicle, we will offer the customer either:

An exchange for another vehicle of similar value, or
A refund of the purchase price.

4) Outside of this 28-day period, the vehicle is sold as seen with no right to refund or exchange.

Warranty & Statutory Rights

Unless otherwise confirmed in writing at the point of sale, our vehicles are supplied with a standard warranty of 3 months or 3,000 miles (whichever occurs first) from the date of purchase L. This warranty covers major mechanical components, including the engine, clutch, and gearbox, subject to the specific terms, conditions, and exclusions contained within the warranty policy documentation.

Vehicles retailed at a price below £2,000 are typically part-exchange clearance vehicles. These vehicles are sold without a dealer warranty and are priced accordingly to reflect age, mileage, condition, and trade-disposal status. Customers are given the opportunity to inspect and test drive these vehicles prior to purchase.

Changes to terms and conditions

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of this website after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified terms and conditions.

Use of website

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction of England & Wales in which our company is located. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
